How can we not love Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall! He espouses everything about meat, and, indeed, food in general, that we believe in. Good food shouldn’t be cheap. A modest amount of good meat together with fresh fruit, vegetabes and wholegrain cereals is what is needed to maintain healthy eating.

Cheap meat is no substitute for quality. As Hugh points out, it is a question of priorities. “Do we want to feed our family with real fresh food, including meat of traceable provenenance and genuine quality?”
